    The service was really good and made our stay

    Nice. The staff were friendly, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The only downside was the limited breakfast options, which could use more variety. Everything else was good.

    The room we were given was not what we booked. I had requested a King bed, but we were assigned a Queen instead. The staff's attempts to convince us it was a 'King-like' bed felt dismissive. The car service rates were inconsistent and significantly higher than what Uber offered, which left us feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.

    Personnel was exceptionally kind and incredibly nice!

    the location in a very nice area was particularly good and beautiful and there were a market and stores nearby. the triple room was reasonably large and airy with a garden view. everything exceeded high expectations, i would like to stay there on the next trip.

    The garden view was fine, perfect for morning coffee! The historic charm of the place really adds to the experience. I enjoyed the lovely pool area, and the cozy bar was a fantastic spot to unwind after a long day. It seemed like being in an oasis away from the hustle! They were super attentive.

    We really enjoyed our visit to the elephant orphanage and a thrilling safari at Nairobi National Park.

    In my wife's opinion, the hotel could use a children's play area to keep the little ones entertained.

    Breakfast is stellar, the availability of people to accompany guests on the street is an excellent feature.

    Concierge is not properly trained and borderline inept. Very limited in ability to provide service. Be careful that hotel third parties deliver the same person as promised and don't bait and switch guide to driver.

    The room was comfortable and clean. Pool and gym were nice.

    The service was very poor. The concierge 'forgot' to make our reservation for an airport transfer and charged us extra for their mistake, which was only apparent at check out. We nearly missed our flight as a result of this mishap. We made an official complaint to the hotel and did not receive response, nor did they apologise. We will never stay at a Fairmont establishment ever again because of this treatment.

    The property was well-maintained with well managed and very efficient stuff with all the services you would expect at a Fairmont, I loved the stay. The pool was nice and I had delicious drinks in the pool bar. The shuttle to the airport was a super feature.
